Shipping & Returns
All online orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. No international or USA shipping is available for any of our products.
Our pharmacy is located inside a fertility clinic that is currently restricting public access as part of safety measures to protect patients and staff members from COVID-19. In-store pick up for patients who do not have scheduled appointments at the clinic will become available after these safety measures are lifted.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Prescription medications cannot be returned as per the Pharmacy Act, O.R. 681/93 s 1 (25). Please call 647-276-0060 or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding prescription medications.
We accept returns of non-prescription items purchased online up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any opened packages.
The shipping charge for returning an order is the responsibility of the buyer, unless pharmacy error resulted in the product return.
Toronto Wellness Pharmacy must be notified of any return prior to shipping for the refund to be approved. Please call 647-276-0060 or email email@example.com to schedule your return.
We cannot be responsible for items once they have left the pharmacy and do not accept exchanges or refunds on items damaged by the shipping company, through breakage, usage, wear and tear or improper care. For items damaged by a third party shipper, you must file a claim with the carrier.
For problems with Canada Post shipped packages, contact a Canada Post representative at 1-888-550-6333. Keep all packing materials, including the box the items arrived in, as the shipper may need to inspect the damage.
